Question & Answer

  • Yes, due to a limited number of spaces we can only accept reservations that have been paid for in advance. Even if we host free classes & workshops we still ask you to make a reservation in advance via our reservations page or contacting us directly through our social channels.

  • Unfortunately we cannot give refunds once you have made a reservation. However you can sell your reservation to someone else, or you can inform us and we will try find someone within the community to take your reservation.

  • - Yes most of our workshops and classes are limited to 10-15 people in order to keep the intimacy of each session.

  • Our workshops and classes have a huge emphasis on mindfulness and slowing down. This could look different in many ways, but we always want to cultivate a sense of joy & flow through all of our workshops.

  • We currently have two spaces, we accept private renting of workshops in one of our spaces but not both. Please reach out to us for more information.
